Polydata (“the App”) provides a streamlined solution for managing bulk translations of Shopify store content through CSV imports, enabling merchants to efficiently handle multilingual product data. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, including:
• Shop Information: Store name, store URL, and other store-related details.
• Product Information: Information about the products in your store, such as product IDs, handles, SKUs, and other associated data used to streamline the translation process.
• Order Information: Transactional data associated with product sales, such as order details and customer regions, to enable localization efforts.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies:

• Log files: Track actions occurring on the App and collect data such as IP addresses, browser types, Internet service providers, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers to operate and provide the App, including:
• Facilitating bulk translation imports for your Shopify store.

If you submit multiple applications or complaints or if you submit a complex request or complaint, this may take more time. In that case, we will contact you within 60 days at the latest. We may ask you to identify yourself. In that case, we will ask you to submit certain information to ensure that you are the correct person whose personal data it is.
